This session focuses on clear, simple steps and real-life practice, so you leave feeling calm and confident.

We will cover:

• Calling emergency services (112)

• Choking response

• Infant & child CPR

• Preventing choking during meals

• Managing common home situations (cuts, burns, head bumps, fever)
