Summer Harvest Fest is Comadres' annual invitation to the community. Five days at Fazenda Compadres. Everything you love: the food, the music, the plant knowledge, the children having fun, the neighbours you didn't know you had, all in one place, at one farm, for five days!
Come for an hour. Come for the whole thing. Come alone. Bring your family. It's your festival too.
WHAT'S HAPPENING
Dinner from the Farm
Everything on your plate was grown here, cooked here, harvested this week. Sit down with people you know and people you don't.
Herbalism Workshop
Learn what grows around you and how to use it. Led by comadres Lorie and Lucy. Suitable for absolute beginners. Bring a notebook !
Live Music
Three bands. All under the summer stars:

The Mocktail Bar
Zero-proof, full flavour. Made with herbs from the farm some familiar, some you've never tasted before. All beautiful.
Kids' Zone
Bounce castle yeaaaaah!!!. Space to be a kid. Space for parents to actually enjoy themselves.
Pop-Up Markets
Local makers, small producers, apothecary bottles, pre-loved clothes, the people making things by hand in this corner of the Algarve.

Every ticket, every mocktail, every piece of clothing you take home supports Casula, our shelter for women seeking sanctuary from domestic violence in Aljezur.
Summer Harvest Fest is a fundraiser, but it doesn't feel like one. It feels like the party we throw for the community that keeps this work alive. Because you do !
Come eat. Come dance. Come learn. Take a mocktail into the field and watch the sun go down woop woop!
And know that every euro you spend here comes back as a safe bed, a warm meal, and a door that stays open for a woman who needs one.
