What is it?
A monthly meeting for girls to have fun, share ideas and talk about puberty.
Morning: collective game, a practical, manual and creative workshop to learn, have fun and create a space of trust (homemade cosmetics, herbalism, scrapbooking, land art...)
Afternoon: a girls' circle to talk about puberty and answer questions.
A day of connection and sisterhood.
Who am I?
My name is Fanny, I'm a naturopath and mother of 3 daughters. I believe in giving girls clear, honest information so they can know themselves better and grow more confident — while having fun and building real connections.
I follow their questions, needs and pace — always giving clear, age-appropriate information.
I will be accompanied by my oldest daughters or occasionally other women if useful.
For who?
Different groups to adapt the topics to age and maturity. It's not the date of birth that counts, but maturity, stage of puberty and so on.
For younger girls (from 9): friendship, changing body, pre-puberty...
For teens: menstrual cycles, sexuality, emotions, sisterhood...
For older girls (+15): cycles, fertility, sexuality...
Groups will be organized depending on how many girls join, by age and maturity.
These circles are designed as safe, open spaces for girls to express themselves and connect with each other.
