Yoga Flow with Wambui

Sunday service for your body, mind and spirit

This 90 minute class is based in the Ashtanga vinyasa system and is designed to increase heat, build strength, improve flexibility, heal the nervous system and clear the energy channels. The first hour will focus on building heat in the body through a dynamic physical yoga practice. The last 30 mins will include accessible breathwork and restorative meditative poses for complete rest and nervous system regulation. 

Price: 15€ single class drop in, 100€ winter season package (10 classes total)
